Today I invited all Lams in Canada as authors to this blog.

Don’t know what tomorrow will bring us. But today I am home, doing meditation, yoga, and blogging. Counting my blessings, including the technology that gives me the power to do so much online, watching my grandkids play.

What we are facing in this world today
Everyone home. No traveling, no cruising, no visitors, no going out to restaurant, just total isolation.
